Another Vintage Woman ATC

I posted this one for the vintage woman ATC challenge also. 

The bling may not be visible, but believe me the hat has major blingage (LOL)

I cannot recall where I got this image.

The paper was found at a second hand store...I think it is wallpaper.  I just like the dimensions of the pattern.
