October is Breast Cancer Awareness month! So in honor of this event--I, along with some talented crafters, have teamed up to honor and celebrate the people in our lives that inspire us with their strength in the battle against Breast Cancer. Of course, a blog hop isn't complete without blog candy and we have something nice awaiting one visitor!! To be eligible, you must comment on all the blogs by Monday, October 10 at 11:00 p.m. EST. From all who are eligible, one lucky reader will be randomly drawn. The winner will be posted on all the participating blogs by Friday, October 14.

But wait there is more...Here at Joy in the Journey we have some blog candy too.  This time the prize will be a little different.  We will make a $ 60.00 donation in the winner's name to a participant (already identified) in the Susan G. Komen 3 day walk.  That's a dollar for each mile of the walk.  The winner will be selected by Random.org.  And a tax deductible receipt will be given.  All you have to do to be entered is:

All the scalloped skirts were made from scraps (the inside of a nestability cut) and so were the next two projects.  Whooo hooo!  I love it when scraps can be used.
